Your call is important to us

I’ve been on hold with my health insurance company for 12 minutes at 21 seconds now. I can’t even remember why I called in the first place.

UPDATE: at 19 minutes at 31 seconds into the call, I finally got to speak to a person. She did not give me great news about my copay amount, and I had to listen to “come dancing” on the hold music, and now that’s stuck in my head.

    After going through what you describe here, I just angrily write checks and put snide little things like “For: Nothing” in the memo.

    Stupid useless doctors.
